Judges of top Kosovo court weirdly say 2 weeks remaining to elect President by Parliament, despite legislative body “constituted” after deadline expiration

Prishtina, 23 September 2026, dtt-net.com – The constitutional Court of Kosovo, today found nothing wrong with 30-day deadline expiration of parliament, nothing wrong with election of four deputy-Speakers after the deadline and non-election of the fifth needed, nothing wrong with election of old-new government after 30-day deadline despite some of MPs being members of caretaker government at the same time  - and in breach of the constitution and law of government - thus greenlighting the very same legislative body to still try elect country’s new President until October 6.
