Prishtina, 18 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, said today that the government should have discussions with the western powers to solve the row over the decision of Kosovo’s Central Bank to ban cash payments by Serbia to Kosovan Serb minority in Serbian Dinar currency, as the dispute is affecting negatively relations between the Washington administration and the cabinet of the Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
