Prishtina, 15 December 2023, dtt-net.com – The President of Kosovo today expressed concern over the proposal by the EU and USA-backed statute for what is called ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)’, and called the government and the opposition parties for a joint position to ensure compliance with Kosovo Constitution and not allow an “intermediary power of the government or other anomalies that endanger the internal functioning” of Kosovan state.
