Montenegro minister calls for dissolution of parliament, early elections

Podgorica, 04 July 2024, dtt-net.com – The Minister of Justice of Montenegro, Andrej Milovic, today called for dissolution of the legislative body and early parliamentary elections, accusing the Prime Minister, Milojko Spajic, of succumbing to the blackmail of pro-Serbia parties – of which the governing coalition is dependent – when adopting resolution over WWII war crimes on Croatia’s Jasenovac last week, which is resulting with harm to bilateral relations and potential freeze of EU accession talks where Zagreb has veto power.
