Brussels, 27 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The first round of EU-mediated talks held today in Brussels between representatives of Kosovo Central Bank (BQK) and members of Serbia’s government over regulation of the first banning cash payments from Serbia to Kosovan Serb minority in Serbian Dinar currency, ended without a breakthrough, according to EU officials.
