Skopje, 25 May 2026, dtt-net.com - Macedonian social-democrat opposition party Sunday once more accused the government of refusing to seek from Hungarian new government extradition of former conservative sentenced prime minister of North Macedonia, Nikola Gruevski, who was granted asylum by Orban’s government.
Gruevski, a former leader of the VMRO-DPMNE – who is on the run in Hungary since 2018 – was sentenced several times by courts in Skopje over corruption, abuse of office and money laundering.
