Sarajevo, 26 June 2026, dtt-net.com – the Interior Ministry of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has signed an upgraded Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Moscow police department run by the EU-sanctioned Oleg Anatolyevich Baranov in 2023 for force used against opposition members.
The updated MoC was signed three days ago by the minister Željko Budimir.
