Prishtina, 29 February 2024 , dtt-net.com – The USA Ambassador to Prishtina, Jeff Hovenier, Thursday once more addressed strong criticism to the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and warned yet again of fading relations between Washington administration and him for not suspending implementation of Kosovo’s Central Bank (BQK) regulation which bans cash payments in Serbian Dinar by Serbia to Kosovan Serbs, and also for not forming the what it called “Association of Serb-majority Municipalities” for additional special powers for ten Serb-predominantly municipalities.
