Belgrade, 16 June 2026, dtt-net.com - The government of Donald Trump decided to postpone implementation of sanctions on NIS oil refinery, the company which is still owned in majority by Russian Gazprom subsidiaries, for another two weeks, the company announced Tuesday.
“On June 16, the U.S. Department of the Treasury issued a new specific license to NIS, which allows the company to continue operating activities until July 1, 2026,” NIS said in a press release.
