Prishtina, 26 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party of Kosovo, today filed a criminal complaint against caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti and 18 members of his cabinet of holding posts in the caretaker government and at the same time in the new parliament, yet to be constituted, after June 7 early parliamentary elections.
“The filing relates to the breach of the Constitution and the law on government,” MP Perparim Gruda told reporters in a press conference.
