Brussels, 31 October 2024, dtt-net.com – A spokesperson of the European Union said that two draft-laws adopted by Serbian government adopted last week on the demand of President Aleksandar Vucic, declaring Kosovo as “special social protection” area and the second one to expand jurisdiction of its courts on criminal cases in Kosovo “presents a clear violation” of Serbia’s obligations from the EU-mediated talks aimed at ‘normalization’ of relations between the two countries.
