Prishtina, 10 October 2023, dtt-net.com – A USA diplomat said that the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) for more rights for Kosovan Serbs should not have executive powers and should be in compliance with Kosovo Constitution, a position which is also embraced by Kosovan government already, while Serbia insists on executive powers in multiple sectors and nothing less.
